Regular equipment maintenance isn't just about peace of mind—it can save you thousands of dollars by preventing unexpected breakdowns in your heating and cooling system. Plus, routine service helps your equipment last longer and operate more efficiently, which means lower energy bills and fewer headaches down the road.

Equipment must meet manufacturer specifications to qualify for Comfort Club Membership. Please note that this membership isn't valid for oil systems or boilers. Contact our team for current pricing details. Customers are responsible for ensuring units are accessible for scheduled service visits. This maintenance plan offers valuable discounts on parts and installations, and it's valid during regular service hours: 8am–5pm, Monday through Friday.

We'll do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs. If you sell your home, this contract can transfer to the new homeowners when paid in full. Payment options include monthly ACH debit transactions or payment in full. The membership requires a one-year commitment and will automatically renew annually after your contract date. If you'd like to cancel, simply notify us within 30 days of your renewal date. Confirmed missed appointments are subject to a $50 return fee. Terms and conditions are subject to change.
